Seminar Registration

The registration fee covers admission to seminar, refreshments, luncheons, seminar binder and CPE/CLE accreditation and at some conferences a networking cocktail reception.  Seminars have limited room capacity and can sell out.  Early registration is due one month prior to seminar date.  Registration fees must be paid prior to attending the seminar.

Save $200 and Register Early!  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers, and checks.  All checks should be made payable to Networking Seminars Inc.  Please note that we do not store credit card information and personal documents are properly disregarded.  You can submit credit card payment securely through Pay Now button, even if you do not have a PayPal Account.  Simply scroll to the lower right column and click "Don't have a PayPal Account." This will bring up a credit card form to fill in the appropriate information. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration.

Seminar Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, you will be eligible for a credit in full to attend a future seminar less a $100 administrative fee. You must inform us at less 3 business days prior to the seminar date in order to be eligible for a credit. Credits are valid for one year and should be submitted upon registration at the next seminar. No refunds will be granted. Seminar Substitutions

Substitutions for registrants are acceptable at anytime prior to seminar.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations are at your discretion and are not included in the registration fee.  We recommend hotels closest to our conference rooms that are reasonably priced.  We also reserve space at hotels and offer a group discount for those attending.  Please see the seminar page for more information.

Photos & Videotapes

Networking Seminars takes photos and/or videotapes our seminars.  By attending you give permission to use images taken at the conference. 

Webinar Registration

Payment is due one hour prior to webinar. Upon registration, you will be redirected to webinar page for  payment.  Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the log-in instructions.  You can have as many people from your firm attend for one price, however if you wish to receive CPE for the webinar you will need to register and remain attentive throughout the presentation to receive credits.

Webinar Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend our live webinar on the date/time as originally registered, you will receive a credit toward another webinar, seminar, or publication purchase. No refunds will be issued.

Indemnity

Networking Seminars reserves the right to change conference dates, venue, topics and/or speakers at anytime without prior notice. Networking Seminars reserves the right to reschedule due acts of war, acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances and this shall not be will not constitute a cancellation by Networking Seminars. We will make every effort to reschedule within 3 months of conference date(s). However, should Networking Seminars need to cancel and not be able to reschedule, registration fees that have been collected, will be refunded by form of original payment. Networking Seminars will not be liable for any other costs associated with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.  We recommend travel insurance when booking airline reservations.
